Interesting interpretation.  In this section, there are various interpretations by outsiders of the 
Saksaul's true mission:  search for oil or search for Shambhala?  Similar to the varying explanations 
for the Iraq invasion.  I've run into far too many people who believe it was nothing more than a
do-gooder mission to spread democracy to our brown brothers, gone sadly awry.  The oil and hegemony explanations seem to hold in both cases.
