Well, now I gotta get up early and wait for some guy to exchange a,
uh, "modem" (or so I'm told) with some guy on behalf of the friend
who's putting me up/putting up with me while he goes golfing, so ...
so it'll be my usual get off the bus, dash to the bar, spin some
records, crash, get back on the bus, go back to work (I actually did
thios all teh way to Nashville and back Thanksgiving weekend before
last) ...

Again, though, I'm sorry, but ecen the attempt @ young romance couched
in literary pretensions that I imagine the Post rather than the
participants in particular played up is, more than ever, a personal
sticking point for me these days ...
