Until 1969 it was illegal in Germany to let your daughter sleep with
her boyfriend in your house, even when they both were of full age.


Kuppelei (lat. Lenocinium) ist die vorsätzliche Vermittelung und
Beförderung der Unzucht. Kuppelei war in der Bundesrepublik
Deutschland durch den § 180 StGB verboten, nach dem dies meistens mit
vorehelichem Geschlechtsverkehr (Unzucht) unter Förderung oder
Tolerierung Dritter gleichgestellt wurde. Das Gesetz wurde 1969 in
Folge der großen Strafrechtsreform verändert. Seit 1973 ist nur noch
die Kuppelei mit unter 16-Jährigen unter Strafe gestellt. Damit wurde
die Gesetzgebung dem Prinzip der sexuellen Selbstbestimmung angepasst.
