Those are actually very good points however preachy it reads. You're right;
my only defense being that I do have a "grand plan" to own as many as I can
(and not just Pynchon either) when I have more money to spend on books that
I consider expensive. I really never frequent libraries and I'm not sure
why to be honest, so the inter-library loan is news to me. I'm glad I asked
because that's what I'll do, most likely.
I didn't mean to sour the integrity of this list by asking. I understand the
... um... sensitivity that arises over fans of any art that can now be
disseminated so quickly and far-reaching. Just hope I didn't offend too
many.
