I am a recovered schizophrenia. Misprision is a life sentence.

I felt bad that Mike followed my weedy lead with such effort.
Upon reading the sentences in the book, they seem innocuous.
I should turn the gain down on my looking for something odd.

But I took a look again at Hamlet's but.

I'm no english scholar, but the but must convey limitation,
either "not quite" or "only", which sense is not used if I
take "N by NW" as modeled upon a ship at sea blown further.

If I think only of the positive aspect of distance from center,
then but is a hopeful saying, and the south wind must be balm.
That would be like, on a scale of 0 to 100; I am but 99.

However, if on a more-is-up scale of 0 to 100, I say instead,
I am but 1, then that is a lament, and the south wind against
me, pushing me toward 0, over some indistinct northern limit.

Then, North can mean maximally, as in North is up, more is up.
Like on the doomsday clock, It is 11:55. It is but 5 minutes.

What I do lots better though is software. This morning I was
on the brink of something good, and it kept slipping into my
work day, but I had to finish it at home. WordsEx.exe as I
am uploading it tonight, can now do fetch "below" a URL, so
if I run WordsEx and do Add, Web Site, and supply this URL...

... and checking an "[x] Below" checkbox on the next dialog,
then it will drag in all the waste archive pages containing
that query term.

Unfortunately, like the salt mill, it doesn't stop on it own,
so after about 10 minutes, I stopped it (doing Help, Status,
Stop All), and saved all the files in memory to a folder.
about 1/2 of the 300 files contained that match term, about
the same count as was promised in the top query result page.
This is only the tip of a coming volcano of power. --Festus.

hMMM. Now trying to exit the program, it is deadlocked from
too many things trying to hoard the many critical sections.
