TRP's Grand Plan

I agree with Robin and Tore, and have suggested some circumstantial evidence
  for why AtD has been worked on since, maybe, the sixties. That it is one in the Donadio letter master plan.
  
  Wasn't Lot 49, which TRP considers a story, done outside of that plan when he needed some dough and Esquire offered him some?
