No,  I don't think you can distinguish accurate accents in Hill's 
reading of AtD.   The Western accents are about as "accurate" as 
those of Nevil and Nigel or Veikko.   (lol)  I don't mind because I'm 
listening for the "spirit" of the thing.   Imo,  the accuracy in this 
department is about as important as the accuracy of the historical 
dates.
