 Katje, the little Dutch girl, is an unpleasant mixture of Blicero and Gottfired.  Intelligent perpetrator and hapless victim.  She walks out, leaving Gottfiried, in his cage, to his fate.  Turned over some Jews to make herself seem a credentialed Nazi.  She's used, against her will, by Pirate as a sex-toy/weapon to bring down Slothrop (unsuccessfully) and Pudding (inadvertantly, via e. coli).  As Blicero's firing the rocket, Katje's presumably joined the counterforce (a reflection of "Them")
