          Along similar lines, what I find fascinating (not
          arousing, but fascinating) is the weirder realms of
          pornography: people who get off by dressing up as
          babies, or by seeing pictures of women with food
          spilled on them or with their feet submerged in muck,
          or by dressing up as giant stuffed animals, or by
          seeing images of giant balloons that are
          justabouttopop!  The exploitation level in such
          subgenres is probably a lot less than in mainstream
          porn (unless you are the model for a sploshie mag and
          are required to cover your own cleaning bill), but it
          makes you wonder about what exactly is arousing about
          such things. . . . 

In a very similar fashion, TRP gets all worked up (it seems) over female 
(generally French) headgear in AtD, if I didn't know better, I'd call it a Kink.
