I thought modernism is the use of Cartesian doubt and scientific method
to batter the hell out of non-experimentally-peer-verifiable notions.

Whereas, someone once called me a "Renaissance man". I come to find out
it means a searcher for transcendental truths by a loose use of symbols.

Replace transcendental with probabilistic, and you'd have postmodernism.
Any computer can do it. I'm studying such algorithms now for WordsEx.
