Apparently [and luckily] there was no official remembrance for
Boulanger. So, this must have been a private one. However, this sheds
a light on the general CoC political views -or at least of their superiors.
Wikipedia on Boulanger (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Boulanger)
puts the general on the reactionary side, an ongoing current in French
politics, but connects him, falsely, to the Proudhonists --something
completely else.
The Ixelles (this is French -- in Dutch it is called Elsene) cemetery is
a nice place to commit suicide. Some famous people have been buried
there, among these the inventor of Belgian chocolates, mr. Neuhaus, and
one of the lovers of Belgian queen Elizabeth, Eugène Ysayi, a brilliant
violinist.
