Femmes Fatales in AtD, somewhat corrected

A-and how about that Greta, not to mention... that sexual-star of the
show, Woman/Child Bianca! Slothrop really cared about her, but she,
like all of his women, disappears. FWIW, the Slothrops trysting
locations in London get blown-up, but not afterwards, and we don't
know about the London girls themselves, i.e. where they when the bombs
fell. Until just now, when I questioned my assumptions, I was as sure
as P'man and Mexico & Jessica et al seem to be, that they perished in
the blasts, but now I wonder.
