Dave slow down, may I recommend that you stop the caffine and change over to alcohol.  Your first link (region) is Long Island, which happens to be my fair land, and I can asure you that the site in question is a plant namely, Gyrodyne, which was in the helicoptor business, or else of course I'm just realizing, Gruman, in fact, yes that was probably what he was referring to.  Do you think you could manage to carve out a spare few days, out of my otherwise empty schedule, so I can take in all  your relevent (?) links.  Maybe a nap is in order.
