They're also developing a non-lethal burning-sensation microwave gun.
Same incapacitating intent. And just think how taser-happy (also
supposedly "non-lethal") the cops are now...
The only recourse is for citizens to start carrying their own
non-lethal weapons, or to develop shields against them. Or just
outlaw their domestic law-enforcement use.
