Haven't read TMoP yet, and it seems no copies in the original
language are available in this pathetic country. I can, of course,
read the Finnish translation and follow the discussions from a
certain distance, perhaps even contributing when the language
is not the issue. (Purchasing a copy while in NYC may be too
late.)
So I'm not able to say whether reading TMoP along with The
Possessed is a good idea. Just want to state the obvious:
the Dostoevsky novel (which I did read in the 80s) begs to be
compared to OBA's fictions too, especially VL, AtD and GR.
