In Gmail open up a post from the person you want to block.  Then at
the right just above the post title you'll see a "more action" pull
down button.  click on the arrow and hit the "filter message like
these" option.  the "create a filter" menu should have the email
address in the "from" box.  Hit "next step," and click the "delete it"
box.  Then hit the "create filer button, and you're done.
