Why is Usain Bolt a Pynchon character?
Is it the name (USA-n - which he's not - but also, "you sane?" and obviously

"Bolt" (different from the literal bolt from above that struck Frenesi's
dad)
is also a good  sobriquet for a sprinter, as Beryl Bender is a good one for
a yoga teacher)
or liking Coronas the way Zoyd Wheeler does?
