"cammed out" and lid

I bought my first lid in 1969 from one of Joan Baez's younger cousins.
It was a very full sandwich baggie of Mexican weed sold at the dear
cost of $10. Granted he was a very generous provider but, at least
out here on the left coast, a lid was generally a reference to a
four-finger baggie of pot until the era of weighing out ounces came
along in mid-seventies.
