everybody has little floaters, or so I'm told - I've had 'em like
crazy since I was a kid - but if they're big that could be a detached
or torn retina or something.

Not sure what the homeopathic or naturopathic indications are for
that, but leafy greens would at least do no harm...
my dad had a detached retina fixed about 20 years ago.  He blames the
trouble on getting hit in that eye with a badminton birdie 30 years
prior to that.
