This video don't work!

Ten seconds into the trailer of “Be Kind Rewind,”
http://www.bekindmovie.com/#TRAILER from Michel Gondry, who directed and
wrote “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” and “The Science of Sleep
[Science des rêves, La] is a man who says in a NY/NJ accent  “This video
don’t work.”  

Noted his height, the baseball cap, and famous teeth.  Is that who I think
it is?  If not, then I’d say that Gondry or someone else involved with the
movie purposely used this pomo icon. In case this “”Be Kind Rewind” hasn’t
made it across your radar, I’m not giving much away to say that the
characters in it shoot short (cheap), revised versions of well-known movies.
Hmmm...

If anyone else sees the movie (I'm not generally a Jack Black fan, and
though it's not a top 100 fave movie for me, I liked it!), it would be great
to know the title of the movie that he’s returning, and the title’s of the
other two that he takes out.
