I am noticing the typesetting, a lot.  I also hate the font they used (a
sans-serif that reminds me of amid-ninties chick lit novel)

the indentation stuff I am assuming is her own technique since it happens on
every single page but I can't really figure out exactly what she was going
for.  It doesn't take away from the story, however.  I'm only 140 pages in,
YMMV.
