  If Nicola Barker doesn't remind you of Gaddis, you
must not have read JR, because it seemed to me that some of the dialog
could have come straight out of that book,>>





Well I have read JR and this isn't JR.? JR is 750 pages of
Gaddis's perverse brilliance.? Darkmans is enjoyable and fun but
it has none of Gaddis's rigor and intelligence.
