NP: freeware: chaos

I felt like a diversion. Wrote this today:

Chaos will randomly scramble letters, except the first and the last,
in any run of USASCII alphabetic characters while copying the text.

Chaos.exe is freeware. Copyright 2008 (c) Glenn Scheper Mar 13 2008.

       Usage: chaos input.txt > output.txt

I read this on the web, and wrote chaos to test it.

Aoccdrnig to a rscheearch at an Elingsh uinervtisy, it deosn't mttaer in waht 
oredr the ltteers in a wrod are, the olny iprmoetnt tihng is taht frist and 
lsat ltteer is at the rghit pclae. The rset can be a toatl mses and you can 
sitll raed it wouthit porbelm. Tihs is bcuseae we do not raed ervey lteter by 
itslef but the wrod as a wlohe.
