We have just finsihed the long exploration of meanings to all of THE EVENT.................
  At one level, what Revelation has come to in the Century of Bombs......................
  "as if the timy countless engagements of an unacknowledged war had at last been expressed as a single explosion"....796
   
  the world now is one of spies, spying and coded utterances..............................

  the Glagolitic Alphabet, first created by Saints Cyril and Methodius in the ninth century to translate the Bible, spread in religious use.........
   
  'the great world is no more than the distribution of just these symbols".............
  So, any errors in the original transcriotion ...would magnify "hitherto unprovided for in the future tense of any language"...................................
   
  leading to an emigration of reason.....

  Pynchon on (European) History as (mostly) warring over Religious interpretation?........
   
  Look at the beauty of his phrasing insights: 'one day someone will notice an inevitable blur,
