Quite possibly, comrade Premier.  Among Putin's Powers 
is the ability to travel through time and space.  He is known 
among the Evenki Shanyagir Clan of the Lower Tunguska 
as "Agdy" (The Old Man, The Lord of the Thunder).  
According to tribal lore:

Thus seeing to the redistribution of property in a proper 
Socialist fashion.  Never underestimate the Power of the
