Tungaska Event

The 20th (and early 21st)Century could be defined as the Age of Blasts (Tunguska, the London Blitz, Firebombing of Dresden, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, carpet-bombing of Vietnam, 9-11, the myriad suicide bombs, being only a partial list).  That Tunguska, the first blast of the century, might have had natural causes, is something that TRP plays with.  Via some odd glitch in time (the Quaternion weapon?), Tunguska bears the brunt of all the man-made blasts that will follow later in the century (centuries).
