NP, but a close reading of The Golden Notebook

Like Bob Stein's younger colleagues (see the home page of Mark's cool link below) I've also not read TGN - and am now feeling guilty about that.  Maybe our next NP read?  

What is the next P-read, anyway?  V. or Vineland?
