Is Entropy Natural?

Thanks for the simple answer re. biological systems.  Biological
adaptation is definitely not entropic by nature.  Instead it
constantly generates new forms of order.

But are crystals more "orderly" than liquid suspensions?  They are
less volatile, I guess...
