The Master of Petersburg - Publication Information

J.M. Coetzee's The Master of Peterburg was originally published 1994; it is his 6th published full length novel.
It was published in the United States by Viking, and in England by Secker & Warburg. S&W has been the UK publisher of Coetzee's fiction for the duration of the author's career. Secker's Geoff Mulligan has been described in the press as both Coetzee's editor and publisher (Mulligan accepted at least one of Coetzee's Booker Prizes.) I've not found any indication of who originally edited TMoP in manuscript.
The edition to which I will be referring - and which I believe most participating listers are reading - is the US Penguin (Non-classics) edition of 1995:
