It's partial list ("and others") of authors represented in an
anthology. You can't always have everyone. I recently herad that
punk rock box set where the compilers COULDN'T license a single Sex
Pistols track. Still, a decent compilation, just as this seems a
decent anthology. Oh, PdF ...?
