NP - Corpus Clock & Chronophage

This is a truly beautiful thing - Pynchon's writing has always been
concerned with automata, clocks, light, narrative, 'technology' and
experience, and ATD finally brought it all together with its emphasis on
"time" in all its possibilities. It felt like a last attempt to make clear
what he was all about. Can't wait to see the rumoured 2009 piece, then.
Wouldn't mind checking out the grasshopper clock too, in the meantime.
