This morning, the day before pub date, Inherent Vice is #13 on Amazon's
bestseller list. All of the generally positive, "great beach read"-
worded reviews seem to have motivated online sales.
It will take quite strong retail sales this week and/or subsequent weeks
for IV to actually hit major bestseller lists.
