Not at all -- I was just in a suburban Ky Barnes and Noble, which has a nice 
stack of them for sale. I think it just means all the copies are in stores 
or otherwise in the sale pipeline and publisher anticipates more demand. The 
reviews have certainly been very nice, overall.
