Yes, and - as established in a now-defunct thread, Van Meter is not
really a snitch either, certainly not the way Frenesi is.

I think Van Meter and Zoyd are portrayed as happy go luck, slightly
dopey characters, who have their fair share of flaws, but are
ultimately on the side of the angels.

Frenesi is much more deeply flawed and, as has already been pointed
out, is still - at least to some extent - a likeable character.
