You don't, I don't, usw. I re-posted the article for the P-list  
archives as yet another citation of Pynchon. WSB was an artist of  
verbal expression. In fact, the penultimate lines of the article says  
it all for me:

	"But still, these again are portraits - so what survives of
	Burroughs? Real art? Or just an image?

	Or a voice. In the exhibition only Burroughs' voice, delivering
	his bitter Thanksgiving Prayer, cuts into you. That voice - that
	voice!
