The problem for the Vomitones was that their fakebook was in the van and they hadn't a clue what Italian wedding music might sound like. Is it their youth, or is it a generational thing? It's hard to believe that back in the '80s these kids didn't have a concept of stereotypical Italian music. I'll have to ask my high school-aged son what he could come up with on his guitar if he found himself in that situation.
