Preparing the IV - Seattle Seven

Interesting disambiguation in Wikipedia

not only was the Seattle Seven a group of people arrested after an
untidy demonstration by an antiwar group, but also a group of seafood
companies that accepted a payment from Exxon Valdez for, I guess, the
oil spill (while the locals got nothing?)

also there are 7 hills in Seattle, not unlike Rome...

although I like Jeff Bridges, and to some extent John Goodman, and
find TBL funny,
I can't help but question the politico-philosophical ontology of TBL.

Is organizing for a movement that is antiwar, and
anti-abusive-capitalism, inevitably bound to devolve into violent
protest,
be rightfully quashed, and release its proponents to replace political
involvement with bowling?

That's not an assumption I can share...
