This arrived in my e-main self-described as "Spam."

	Disclaimer:

	The Update loves to print letters to the Editor.  Please be
	advised, however, that we will not print letters from "Birthers*"
	without proper documentation included.  That documentation
	must include a certified copy of the Birther's certificate of live
	birth in either the United States or Hawaii, an original and
	current photo identification, (passport or driver's license from
	either California or Kenya--which will be returned), and a
	certified affidavit from a psychiatrist licensed in either the United
	States or California attesting that the writer is not insane or
	suffering from delusions, paranoia, schizophrenia,
	psychopathology, or any other form of mental illness.

	* A "Birther" is a person who believes that Barack Obama was
	not born in the United States and is, consequently, not legally
	qualified to serve as President.  (It is not clear if “Birthers”
	consider the State of Hawaii to be within the United States.)
