The chemical precursors were cheap, the synthesis not difficult, the typical
dose 50 to a few hundred *micro*grams, and the authorities slow to catch on.
What makes you believe there *needed* to be a whole lot of money or brains
beyond what could be conjured by an anarchist miracle?
