this might be a good time for me to state I regret pissing you off
about Eastern Europe.
both this past March, and also back in 2005 when I entered the list
(sounds vaguely medieval, braveheartish -
although I'm more like the knights who say "nih", or even more like a
Baby of Wackiness)

Without getting into details, in March, I had dental problems ->
sleeping problems -> mental shortfalls...

I'm a pacifist - so by definition I want to avoid the sort of
stercor-stirring that I dimly recall doing
... though at the time I was convinced I was contributing as never before...

the feedback was not what I would have chosen but it was ultimately
helpful anyway, in several ways.

Now back in 2005 I was just an out-of-practice ex-English major who
never graduated, and I recall very high-handedly with minimal subject
knowledge pontificating contradictorily to some fairly astute
ribaldries you made about that guy who had not yet died awaiting
trial.

figuring it was ok since the list charter countenances such antics:

Welcome aboard, gee, it's a fabulous or-gy
That you just dropped in on, my friend--
We can't recall just how it start-ted,
But there's only one way it can end!
The behaviour is bestial, hardly Marie-Celestial,
But you'll fit right in with the crowd,
If you jettison all of those prob-lems,
And keep it hysterically loud!

which would also seem to cover both His Malignity's and your divagations nicely
