Y'all can't imagine how much i'm enjoying this here now.  Oh, wait,
yes, I'm sure many of you can.  Just ask yrselves, what if Dave or
Doug or The Dude had floated that one?  What would Robt. be arguing
now?  Though as with Robt.'s very fine Pynchon Notes essay of a
couple/few years back, I, for one, am glad to see him once again
exploring his associative capabilities ...
