Gah! Just starting to read all the IV reviews I've been avoiding, whilst
trying to get mine written. That Boston Phoenix one could not be any
more obviously a pre-meditated attack. Nasty. I find it quite shocking
that someone could genuinely rergard Pynchon's humour as lame,
'specially his late-period mellow wryness. Yuck.
