So...when do we tear the shrinkwrap off the IV group read?

Sorry, I was being a tad glib and a smidgeon selfish.... I just can't
wait to get started. Of course, the IV wiki will go live on the 4th so
there'll be plenty of info availabke there. But I look forward to seeing
the book discussed here.

But, waiting for amazon on the 10th? If you can get to a bookstore this
weekend, you can probably get it? I know I got my copy of ATD, at a
discount, in my local bookshop, in one of the least bookish places in
the Western hemisphere, a day before the official publication date.
