One can be right about a lot of things and be wrong on others. Chomsky
usually is pointing to the overwhelming power of the Military-
industrial complex and its propaganda wings and concerning those
subjects the man is by and large right. Those concerns are also
echoed in Pynchon's writings.—Vineland, anyone? As regards Bosnia and
the Serbs, I have no opinion as I don't know enough about that
subject. Concerning folks like Prescott Bush or Lyle Bland and
operations like I.G. Farben and MKULTRA I know a thing or two and so
does Chomsky. At least the little I've seen/read of Chomsky. Never was
all that attracted to his writing, though he does have valuable things
to say about propaganda. But his mode of speech is quite Thanatoid,
ruling out any chance of me paying all that much attention to talks on
KPFA or the videos that pop up from time to time. Have to wonder
about possible associations between the fictional Weed Atman and the
real [?] Noam Chomsky.
