The barbed wire may be worth considering. A barbed-wire collector out there in the Wild Wild West of Western Collectibilia is not a rare bird, but a corrupt police officer into high-end collectible barbed wire…may I go way out on a limb and suggest at least a whiff of fascism, concentration camps & etc. in the characterization of this fine peace officer?
