Biddle's book may be reviewed online at Google-books, but pg. 126 is
not available, and this is where the author argues that Von Braun's
statements about his direct involvement in the abuse and murder of
enslaved persons are false and, the "testimony of the dispossessed"
often "suffer according to academic standards of historical evidence
by their remove in time from the event, lack of collaboration" and
history favors those "with the power and money to make archives."

Worth a quick read. Von Braun portrays himself as a Tourist and a man
Controlled by Forces he neither understood nor could resist.
