Point well taken. However, the line was less gender-related in context. He was not denigrating her because she was a woman in a man's job; he was denigrating her for what she did to her Subjects. He might have said something similar about her best pal, Runny Reegun. In the same political riff, Izzard, as James Mason playing god, tried to find a heart for her. All he could find was a stone. It was a statement about the devastation she caused as PM. See Peter Davies' *The Last Election*. Also, the British use of the word, particularly evident in the works of Irvine Welsh. Izzard is a Brit.

  Seems like the point of that insult in both cases is to deride the target for being a woman in a role usually held by a man.  That's not the first (or second, or third) thing I think of when I think of either Ayn Rand or Margaret Thatcher, neither of whom I am much fond.  So were I to want to insult them, I think I'd look for something less gender-specific.  Just my two cents.
