I,too, found the coincidences annoying but my justificational attempt
at understanding them fell into seeing them as part of the hippie-like, free beaches and doing/getting something for nothing ethos---of Doc's
world, of the cosmos around Doc,maybe--- soon to be gone with the fog..............
