Has anyone ever heard of calling Thunderbird wine, which is/was horrible and
terribly sweet (from what I've read) "T-Bird?" I haven't, but it would fit.
And I wouldn't recommend drinking it.

A T-Bird is a Ford Thunderbird - I wouldn't advise drinking it.

'Oppos' is probably real estate jargon for opportunities.

The 'anymore' in your final question does seem a bit clunky, but
it just seems to me that Hope is telling Doc that the tradition of
shooting up in strange houses has vanished down the toilet, along with
three percent product (heroin) - neither opportunity exists anymore
(hence the jarring 'anymore' - just how people talked, I guess).
