queries inherent vice

To be an "agent" of an enterprise is to act in an official capacity on
behalf of it, as opposed to in a role as "broker"..it often represents a
geographical exclusive granted by the supplier...a t-bird agency, given the
popularity of the vehicle, would have been a valuable franchise....by the
mid 70s, the popularity of the badge had peaked, a victim of it's prodigious
appetite for gas....
It is technically an intangible right, but could be assigned with some
mandate to actually operate a retail establishment.
